Before

Fort Worth, TX – Texas American Foodservice Corporation is one of the nation’s premier producers of ground beef and select cut meats. Their clientele consists of foodservice chains and restaurants. Their Fort Worth facility spans over 500,000 square feet. Finished products from this facility are shipped out of a refrigerated warehouse into a refrigerated trailer. These trailers back up to the dock and are loaded via fork-lifts over a dock leveler. The temperature differentiation can create moisture and condensation on the dock levelers and doors. Excessive condensation can cause slick conditions and lead to premature rust and metal degradation. T.A.F also receives a variety of over-the-road trailers making it difficult to achieve a tight seal around the trailer during loading and unloading. In addition, the dock doors had taken a beating over the years and were contributing to loss of refrigeration.

This package has a proven history of offering our clients exceptional performance, reliability and low cost of ownership. All three of these products are past engineering award winners and are dominant market share holders in their respective industries. Given the solutions that we were able to provide T.A.F they will now be able to maintain a refrigeration level without added energy cost as well as prolonging the life of their dock and door by helping to eliminate the condensation from temperature changes. T.A.F came to Miner for a problem and we provided them with a solution. Partnering with Miner & 4Front affords access to the latest in loading dock innovation and service.
