Bug Screens that Measure Up

The sensitivity of the phones being worked on requires that the environment be very clean, dust and bug free. The New Breed Facility wanted the ability to keep their overhead doors open to help ventilation in the building but could not do so without bugs and dust entering through the doors.
Luke Artzer, Equipment Sales and Service Specialist met with New Breed to come up with a solution. Luke recommended that we install a TMI bug screen door which can be rolled up similar to a window-shade when the door is down and rolled down when the door is up. These particular screens were a great solution for New Breed because it keeps the doors very accessible when they need to load and unload a truck while at the same time provides ventilation during the majority of the day when the overhead doors would generally be closed. New Breed started with 10 bug screens in their facility and were so thrilled with the outcome that they have since had Miner install 11 more. The bug screens are available in several colors and while these are manual roll-up, can be installed as powered units and require only 110 volt power.
